Honey--more reasons to do things the natural way!

I've been using honey as my sweetener since we got rid of sugar in our house. I get it locally and raw. My basic health philosophy says things in a natural state are usually good for you. But this video explains how honey can help you sleep better--which can even help you learn better and lose weight. Guess I'm going to start having 2 Tbs. of honey every night--after all, I need my beauty sleep. I've been hearing so many people say how well it worked for them--I can't wait to try it.

That was GREAT!!! Now, combine that honey with some good sleepy time herbal tea; Chamomile, Bergamont and Calendual and you've got a super bedtime tonic!!

It works great for me!!! I haven't been doing it every night--more on a need basis or if I remember!!! Things are crazy for us right now. But if I get ready before midnight and take my honey, I have the most restful sleep! It's AWESOME! I can really tell it makes a big difference to go to bed before midnight or after, even if it's only an hour difference, that seems to be the cut off point.
